Historic Sites and Points of Interest in Humboldt County
Local architect, Thomas J. Frost, designed this ornate, Victorian building which contributes to the Ferndale Main Street Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1993.
The NRHP nomination describes the architectural style as Stick, but to my eye, the predominant style is Italianate.
Frost also designed the Victorian Inn, the Williams Building and the Ferndale Meat Co. building.
