This five-story concrete building, faced with brick and terra cotta, was designed by Rudolph Herold. The building was recently renovated for commercial use.
The highrise in the background is the Elks Club Building designed by Leonard Starks whose other works include several buildings listed on the National Register: the demolished Alhambra Theatre, the Sacramento Main Post Office, and the C.K. McClatchy High School.
