National Register of Historic Places in Jackson County
This vernacular Queen Anne/Eastlake cottage was built in 1889 by a local mason and plasterer named Pedigrift who appears to have acted as his own designer and contractor.
It is considered Ashland's best-preserved and most distinctive example of an uncommon vernacular type, a cottage-scale house having a double-bay front.
