National Register of Historic Places in Washoe County
The Joseph Giraud House is an Imposing two-story brick structure exhibiting Colonial Revival and Georgian Revival influences. It was designed by Frederic Joseph DeLongchamps as a residence for Joseph Giraud, a sheep rancher.
The structure remained a residence until 1976.
When we photographed the building in March 2016, it housed arte italia, an Italian Cultural Arts Center.
