The Belgravia contributes to the Lower Nob Hill Apartment Hotel District which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

The National Register describes the building as: "6 stories and basement, Flemish bond brick and ornate terra cotta cladding, Beaux Arts ornament, ground floor residential. Facade intact. Frederick H. Meyer, one of San Francisco's outstanding architects of the period, planned the Belgravia and the Warrington so well that they have always been desirable and well maintained."
