When we photographed the building in 2024, it was still doing business as Hotel Worth. The website advertised fully furnished rooms available to rent by month consisting of a twin size bed, night stand table, desk and chair, dresser and mirror. Private bathrooms in every room.

The Hotel Worth contributes to the Lower Nob Hill Apartment Hotel District which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
