The former garage at 1035 Post Street was built in 1919. Although the façade is attractive, the building does not contribute to the historic character of the district because of extensive alterations.

The Greenwood Apartments at 1045 Post Street were designed by Rousseau & Rousseau and built in 1915. The building has three stories and a basement. The exterior is brick and galvanized iron cladding. The Mission/Spanish Colonial Revival façade is intact, including the original marquee.

The Parmelee Apartments at 1051 Post Street were also designed by Rousseau & Rousseau and built in 1914. The four story building, which originally contained twenty-seven units, has stucco cladding in the Mission/Spanish Colonial Revival architectural style.

The former store at 1055 Post Street was designed by C. 0. Clausen and built in 1920. Although the façade is attractive, the building does not contribute to the historic character of the district because of heavy alterations.
