The private residence, newly restored and renamed Stonebrook Court, was listed for sale in the 4 July 2010 real estate section of the San Francisco Chronicle. The property was described as having 35,000 square feet on three levels, nine bedrooms, eleven baths, exercise room, media room, 3+ kitchens (!), wine vault, and more. Situated on six acres with an asking price of $29 million.
The advertisement failed to note that the property is listed on the National Register of Historical Places.
