The Cargill Court Apartments building was originally Dr. E. H. Porter's Medford Sanitarium. Porter converted the building into apartments in 1921.
The Craftsman brick and stucco building was vacant when it was added to the National Register. It was subsequently demolished and removed from the National Register.
