The Legion of Honor permanent collection includes more than ninety Rodin sculptures. A 1904 casting of The Thinker in the courtyard is one of ten castings made during Rodin's lifetime. The glass sun sculpture by Dale Chihuly was on loan for a Chihuly show at the de Young Museum in Golden Gate Park.
