National Register of Historic Places in Yuba County
The seven-story Hart Building is the tallest building in Yuba County. It was designed by Hart Brothers of Sacramento and built in 1926.
Hart Building incorporated features previously unheard of in Marysville including: a form of air conditioning, steam heat, elevator service, lavatories on every floor and a self contained water supply. Some of the buildings original tenants included six doctors, several attorneys and numerous realtors and insurance offices.
