One visitor wrote that Figanières is "a labyrinth of sinuous alleys". And indeed there are many, leading up to the Église St. Michel and to the Chapelle Notre Dame de l'Oliviers (12th Century). On our visit, the town was practically deserted. All the shops were closed and the only activity was three teenagers chattering away on a street corner.
