National Register of Historic Places in San Bernardino County
Smiley Park Historic District, a residential neighborhood adjacent to downtown Redlands, was home to professional and trades people from 1887 to 1913. Although the neighborhood continued to be socially significant after 1913, the freeze of 1913 precipitated an economic slump during which many residents left the area.
