The Foundry Building, constructed in 1884 from native fieldstone, has sheltered many enterprises: the original foundry, a glove factory, a chicken hatchery, the Robert Louis Stevenson Museum, and the La Belle Helene Restaurant.
When we photographed the building in 2010, it was the home of the restaurant, Terra.
