This Parker through truss steel bridge spans the South Fork of the Eel River just south of Richardson Grove State Park on Highway 101. The bridge was built in 1917 and rehabilitated in 1934. The total length is 373 feet, and the length of the longest span is 183 feet. The bridge is open to traffic but is lightly traveled despite its proximity to Highway 101, California's primary coastal route. (Source: bridgehunter.com)
