Das Black Moonlight
April & June 1971
John Rothermel's first one-woman show was a deco affair with black-tie
walk-ons including a butler, French maid and a champagne steward. Sets
were minimal but elegant and the music was vintage, exploring Noel Coward,
the Gershwins, Suesse & Harburg and Donaldson & Kahn.
