San Francisco Landmarks
The Trocadero Clubhouse is an excellent and well-preserved example of the Stick-Eastlake architectural style. Built as a roadhouse and out-of-town getaway in the Outside Lands, it is one of the oldest buildings in the Parkside District and one of the only extant 19th century structures in southwestern San Francisco.
In the 1930s. it became part of the Sigmund Stern Recreation Grove.
