At the edge of Villecroze, in a municipal park, are the grottes troglodytes. Centuries old, these caves were carved into the soft tufa cliffs to serve as dwellings. They may visited by way of a series of paths along the face of the cliff. A 130 foot waterfall cascades down the lush, green cliff-side into the park. There, paths wind among pools, trees, and nicely landscaped plants.
