Sacred Heart Catholic Church, formerly Saint Mary's Parish, was designed by William H. Weeks
using elements of both the Gothic and Romanesque styles. The twin Gothic towers are 120 feet
tall, and the rose window has a diameter of fourteen feet. The building is the oldest solid
brick church in Northern California and the oldest church in Red Bluff.
