Built 1901

St. Peter's Chapel, designed by Albert Sutton, is a one-story cruciform church in the Shingle Style. The sixteen art glass windows were designed by Tiffany Studios.

St. Peter's was the second chapel built on United States Navy property. Only the original chapel at Annapolis preceded it.

Saint Peter's was probably the first chapel built with federal funds on any military reservation. It was intended for use by both Catholics and Protestants.
