to include three additional buildings.
36 Fifth Street is a ten-story steel and reinforced
concrete building. The Stevenson Street buildings are twin eight-story, reinforced
concrete structures built in 1924-26.
The three buildings were used as a grocery store and warehouses and
offices for Hale Brothers Department Store.
