Form dated October 10, 1978, the San Francisco Civic Center Historic District
is comprised of 456 acres containing nineteen buildings. Of these buildings,
nine are significant to the character of the district, five are neutral and
couls be replaced, and six are non-conforming intrusions which detract from the
integrity of the district.
