Sperry Union Flour Mill
445 East Weber Avenue
Stockton

The Sperry Flour Company was the largest flour miller in California at the end of the 19th century. Its product not only served local needs but was shipped throughout the nation and many parts of the world.

The waterway upon which the warehouse sat played an essential role in establishing Stockton as a major transshipment and milling center during the great 19th century California grain trade
