Veterans Home of California Chapel
AKA Armistice Chapel
State Highway 29
Yountville
Built 1918

This chapel, inspired by Gothic country chapels in England, was designed by George MacDougall.

A plaque reads:

Path of the Patriots

This Path of Patriots honors all past and future donors who have contributed significantly to the restoration of Armistice Chapel and the development and maintenance of the California Veterans Museum. The chapel, built in 1918 and restored in 1983, was the first house of worship at the Veterans Home of California. The museum, housed in the chapel, is unique in the state of California, a depository of military history and a tribute to the service of United States war veterans.

The Veterans Home is California Landmark 828.
