Leonard F. Starks and George D. Hudnutt designed this Classical Revival building which has been incorporated into the Fresno Metropolitan Museum of Art & Science.

Other notabe buildings designed by Starks are the demolished Alhambra Theatre, the Sacramento Elks Club Building, the Sacramento Main Post Office, and C.K. McClatchy High School.
