This one-story building, measuring one hundred feet by fifty feet, has a flat roof and a deep, low rising front parapet. The first floor has storefront windows with transom windows arranged above the sidewalk canopy and four entrances on the street level. The owners remodelled the front of the building in 1982 to add a metal cornice.

The Brunswick Building contributes to the Juneau Downtown Historic District.
